PRICING OF ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE/TRANSIT SERVICE
• A typical arrival or departure “Meet & Assist” service will cost as per the B2B agreement or booking platform B2C rates.
• Special Group Fare is possible once detailed information is sent and the price will be confirmed from CLS head office. (Please use the contact form)
• Please don't exchange any cash with our greeter.
• Greeter is not allowed to look after your bags while visiting rest room ro VIP Lounge.
• Guest must be with the bags at all times.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
• 50% refund will be allowed if service request is cancelled before 72 hours of arrival/departure no refund within 24 hours of arrival/ departure
• In case change/cancellation due to third party action (airlines, train companies etc.) the cancellation charge will be 100% of the service charge.
• No commission will be allowed by CLS for sub-agents of Nominated Agents.
• Any amendment fee £ 10.00 to be added per passenger.
• Late booking fee or £70 will apply if less than 48hrs notice which will be added per passenger.
• Refund/Amendment charge is commissionable in line with agency commission.
• Payment link will be provided to confirm your booking with CLS.
